This building is designed with the needs of its future, yet unknown, residents in mind. The layout and architecture were chosen in harmony with the surrounding environment. The project integrates seamlessly into the landscape, maintaining harmony with nearby structures. The building is deliberately positioned deep within the plot to leave the southern side of the garden open, ensuring a sunny and spacious outdoor area. This arrangement creates a sense of intimacy, offering residents privacy and tranquility—qualities so essential in an urban setting. Expanded windows face the garden, allowing sunlight to flood the interiors and providing magnificent views of the greenery. This reconstruction not only enhances the building's functional features but also creates a cozy and comfortable living environment suitable for all seasons.
