This project envisioned the construction of a detached house in Mārupe, based on the client’s desire to incorporate elements of an old log building they owned. The idea was to create a unique home by combining traditional architectural features with modern design trends. However, during the technical assessment, it was found that the log building was unsuitable for the intended purpose, and the project was not further developed. This case highlights the importance of evaluating the condition and potential of existing structures before starting new construction.
